"In the fall of 2019 Klippko Developments started a major renovation in my home. This planning process started earlier in the year. I needed to upgrade the electrical throughout the old two story and planned a complete renovation of our small kitchen and dinette into one larger kitchen. This was a difficult space to reimagine as there was a downward staircase dividing the two rooms. With Tyler's guidance I planned my layout. He gave me input on what could and couldn't be done and suggested several companies that could make my cabinets. I chose one and plans came into focus.
Tyler was patient with what had become a lengthy planning process. He always made me feel informed so that I could make the right decisions for this big project. I had 2 major concerns. I wanted to disrupt as little decorative plaster in the process of replacing the electrical. The second was to develop a unique transitional kitchen that would accommodate my growing family and fit into my character home. Both were done perfectly.
Tyler and his team worked respectfully and diligently from the moment they walked through the door until they were done. They were accommodating to my curious kids who sometimes hovered over their work. They were patient as unexpected setbacks occured.
Tyler is a good communicator. Any questions or concerns I has were addressed within the day.
